America No Longer No.1 On Hit List

Thanks to Bush's strategy to make America safer, Britain has now replaced America as al-Qaeda's main terrorist target. British intelligence experts were quoted as saying that "Al-Qaeda sees the UK as a massive opportunity to cause loss of life and embarassment to the authorities" and that "Britain is sitting at the receiving end of an al-Qaeda campaign."
